
It is almost fall, that means back to school, cooler nights and fall clean up in your Woodland Hills apartment.
To get you started we have compiled a check list of Fall Clean Up Tasks and in keeping with our recent Back to School blog – we will rate the tasks using “back to school terms”.
Elementary/Back to Basics
Dust all surfaces including corners and edges.
Vacuum all floors; include under furniture and hard to reach spaces.
Dust and wash all baseboards; dusting them first makes it easier to wipe with a damp cloth and not leave marks.
Wipe all electrical switches and door knobs with an antibacterial wipe.
Scrub the tub/shower.
Wash all the vents; remove them wipe them down and vacuum.
Wash throw rugs.
Wash all bed linens.
Shake all pillows outside.
Dust lights and fans.
Dust the top of door tops.
Dust or use vacuum attachment to dust lamp shades.
Wash windows and window sills.
Clean all bedroom linens (comforter, mattress cover).
Extra Credit
Rotate and turn your mattress.
Move and clean under appliances.
Clean the outside and inside of your kitchen appliances.
Remove and clean curtains.
Clean patio furniture.
Get carpets professionally cleaned.
Purge and switch out clothing
