Morning workouts have loads of benefits from setting the tone for a happier and better day, to being more productive with the rest of your life. Various studies have shown working out in the morning leads to more consistent results. Yes, we know most people have to work, but we can all wake up and go to bed a little earlier to get the results we are all after. Here are some ideas for staying motivated with your morning workouts.
Listen to something: find an album, podcast or audiobook that you are excited about and only listen to it during your morning workouts. After a while your workouts will start turning into a reward.
Prep the night before: getting your workout cloths and other items ready the night before will set you in the proper mindset right before bedtime. This is simple but you’ll go to sleep knowing a morning workout is coming.
Set goals and rewards: set small goals of working out in the morning for five days in a row (or whatever suites you) and reward yourself for hitting those streaks. Maybe it's three times in a week or only once a week. Just pick something that works
