]]>Listen to something: find an album, podcast or audiobook that you are excited about and only listen to it during your morning workouts. After a while your workouts will start turning into a reward.
Prep the night before: getting your workout cloths and other items ready the night before will set you in the proper mindset right before bedtime. This is simple but you’ll go to sleep knowing a morning workout is coming.
Set goals and rewards: set small goals of working out in the morning for five days in a row (or whatever suites you) and reward yourself for hitting those streaks. Maybe it's three times in a week or only once a week. Just pick something that works
